Information Interchange Interface
(III) is module of APX v1.04. It is an innovative remote offline connectivity solution
provided by one of the pioneers of trader’s software solution providers. This feature
is widely used among the traders who have their business operations in various locations
across the towns, cities, states and nations. This is more suitable for Indian telecom
conditions and works out to be very economical compared to online solutions in terms
of speed of accessing data as well as the financial aspect of it.

The head office of the company known
as the prime business center can have control over execution of business operations
using the software in various sub business centers without having online connectivity.
Once software is installed in prime business center and sub business centers, the
operations manager of the prime business center can monitor all the activities of
all the business centers.

|
|
|
|
|
The operations manager of sub business
centers will send the data to the prime business center either via. e-mail or any other electronic media. The operations manager of the prime business center can
upload the data sent by sub business centers and hence can browse through the all
the transaction details of different business centers.

The process from the user organization
point of view is very simple. Software will be installed in the head office as well
as at all the branches. Data entry will go on in the branches as usual. End of the
day (or even an hour as per requirement) the data can be electronically transferred
to the head office. The data will be merged automatically by the use of APX III
tool into the head office database and the data can be viewed as if the branches
are connected in a LAN network. No branch data need to be entered in the head office.

centers.
2. Maintain selling price of items individually for business centers being at head
office.
3. Monitor discounts offered to customers by the sub business centers.
4. Internal stock indents and follow-up of the same.
5. Monitor profit & loss statements and other financial accounting statements
individually for each business centers as well as for the entire company being at
the prime business center.
6. Comparison of sales and stock at different business centers.
7. Quick search for stock availability across branches.
8. Cash, bank and expenses can be monitored from prime business center.
Without having online connectivity (and the exorbitant cost involved) the effective
